My name is Renata Luna Marrone, and today I live here with my father, Vincenzo. At 89 years old, he is the direct heir and son of Decio and Renata.
He represents the living memory of these walls, the bridge between my grandparents’ golden age and the challenge of rebirth that we—the third generation—have undertaken together.
A Dream Reclaimed. Choosing Sicily
Known in the art world as Luna Stanford, my return to Trapani was the culmination of an inner journey made of synchronicity and signs.
Born and raised 1,600 km away, I lived in a reality with completely different certainties. At 34 years old, I chose to cross those borders and return to my roots. I left everything behind and invested every single cent earned over years of hard work to save Antica Corte from oblivion.
Bringing my artistic vision to this mission, I have worked to peel back the layers of time, striving to restore the soul of a place that had remained in silence for decades.
This path was made possible, and continues to be so, thanks to the unwavering support of my maternal uncle, Michele Cipresso. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for believing in my vision and my dream during the most difficult times.
A Family Legacy Continues

There is still much to be done, but bit by bit, others have also begun to believe in this vision. My brother Gabriele, who was little more than a teenager when I decided to take the leap, is by my side today.
Together with my partner Lorenzo, today we tell the stories of places and people through videos and digital content, with the goal of introducing the true Sicily to the travelers who choose us.
