Enjoy the freedom of a 15th-century home all to yourself. Three independent suites, a secret garden, and your own private snack area. We live in the annex and are here if you need us, but the house is yours to enjoy in total peace.

Live the villa as your own home. We offer the possibility to reserve all three suites together, giving you the freedom to enjoy the entire space in total privacy. This is the perfect choice for families or friends who want to share a piece of Sicilian history, living side-by-side but with all the independence they need.

A Simple, Authentic Welcome By booking the whole villa, the secret garden and the shaded courtyard become your private living rooms. You’ll have an area for snacks and a minibar just for you, where you can relax without seeing other guests. We live here too, in the Annex: we are simple people who love this house, and we’ll be nearby if you need a hand or a local tip, but we’ll always respect your quiet.

Freedom to Just Be There are no rigid hotel rules here. You can choose where to have a coffee, which corner of the garden to read in, and how to organize your days. It’s an authentic, down-to-earth experience for those who love beauty without the formality.

Good to Know: Our Philosophy

To experience Antica Corte delle Ninfee is to live like a local in a private historical home. Please note that we are not a hotel, but a family-run collection of independent suite apartments.

Green & Eco-Conscious: We proudly adhere to Ecolabel principles. In Sicily, and especially in Trapani, water is a precious resource. To avoid waste:
Towels: We change only the used towels every 3 days to protect our environment.
Bed Linen: For stays longer than a week, a full change of linen and a room refresh are provided every 7 days.

Extra Services (Upon Request): For total freedom, additional services are available for an extra fee (details and costs can be found in the “Booking” section):

Extra Cleaning & Daily Refresh: Available on request if you prefer daily assistance.
Extra Changes: Additional towels or bed linen changes can be requested at any time.

Stay Details: Your Private Group Retreat

Exclusive Use: By booking all suites, you have the entire villa for yourselves. Enjoy exclusive access to the secret garden and the courtyard relax area with no other guests on site.
Total Independence: Use the equipped kitchenettes to cook with local ingredients or discover our Historical Pastry Shop “La Rinascente” right next door for an authentic breakfast in the square.
Garden Breakfast Service (on request): If you prefer a slow morning, a private breakfast served in the secret garden is available exclusively upon request and at an extra cost.

Useful Information:

Travel Light: We are happy to provide beach towels for our guests, so you have more room in your suitcase!
Self Laundry Service: A washing machine is available in a dedicated room within the villa. It operates with a prepaid system (extra fee). Please ask us for the card/tokens and instructions!

Slow Living & Hospitality House Harmony:

Minimum Stay: To fully immerse yourself in the peace of our court, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Our Discrete Presence: We live in the Annex and are always available for help, while you enjoy the villa and its magic in total peace.
